Temporary Insanity were led to their 74 point victory by a 24 point effort from Calvin Johnson, who beat the Green Bay Packers defense for 102 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Johnson was the number 3 ranked wide receiver for week 17. They also got help from a 24 point effort from Houston Texans.

"We sent a message here today," Temporary Insanity coach Gary Bartley said.

Whipping Boy were helped out in a losing cause by a 18 point effort from Bernard Berrian, who got by the New York Giants defense for 81 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 13 point effort from Clinton Portis, who got by the San Francisco 49ers defense for 80 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

"We weren't mentally prepared," Whipping Boy coach Steve Sanders said.

This brings the record for Temporary Insanity to 10-7, and drops Whipping Boy to a record of 6-11.

Andre Johnson

Barnesie's Boyz were led to their 29 point victory by a 30 point effort from Andre Johnson, who beat the Chicago Bears defense for 148 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Johnson was the number 1 ranked wide receiver for week 17. They also got help from a 27 point effort from Larry Fitzgerald, who beat the Seattle Seahawks defense for 130 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.

The Stooges were helped out in a losing cause by a 32 point effort from New Orleans Saints. With this performance, Saints was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 17. Causing further embarrassment, The Stooges could have scored 141 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Jeff Turner left key players like Darren Sproles and his corresponding 26 points on the bench.

Donald Driver

Blitzkrieg were led to their 24 point victory by a 31 point effort from the Pittsburgh Steelers Defensive Team. With this performance, the Steelers was the number 2 ranked defensive team for week 17. They also got help from a 21 point effort from Donald Driver, who beat the Detroit Lions defense for 111 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"We feel fortunate," Blitzkrieg coach Brad "B.J." Schick said.

Hail Mary were helped out in a losing cause by a 18 point effort from Miami Dolphins. They also got help from a 17 point effort from DeAngelo Williams, who tore apart the New Orleans Saints defense for 178 rushing yards.

"They've had our number all season," Hail Mary coach Dave Cameron said.

This brings the record for Blitzkrieg to 6-11, and drops Hail Mary to a record of 8-9.

...And It's Good! were led to their 16 point victory by a 26 point effort from Green Bay Packers. With this performance, Packers was the number 3 ranked team quarterback for week 17. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Adrian Peterson, who beat the New York Giants defense for 103 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

"This was a good win for us," ...And It's Good! coach Rob Harris said.

Scimitar were helped out in a losing cause by a 33 point effort from Steven Jackson, who beat the Atlanta Falcons defense for 161 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 54 receiving yards. With this performance, Jackson was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 17. They also got help from a 12 point effort from Roddy White, who snuck past the St. Louis Rams defense for 48 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"We came out flat," Scimitar coach Gary Frank said.

Compounding the issue, Scimitar could have scored 114 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Gary Frank left key players like New York Giants and his corresponding 16 points on the bench.

This brings the record for ...And It's Good! to 8-9, and drops Scimitar to a record of 11-6.

Michael Turner

Artificial Intelligence were led to their 14 point victory by a 25 point effort from Michael Turner, who tore apart the St. Louis Rams defense for 208 rushing yards and 1 rushing td. With this performance, Turner was the number 6 ranked running back for week 17. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Marques Colston, who beat the Carolina Panthers defense for 123 receiving yards and 1 receiving td.

"At least we didn't lose to the team with the worse record in the league - that would be like losing to the Detroit Lions," Artificial Intelligence coach John Brundage said.

Howie's Heroes were helped out in a losing cause by a 29 point effort from Ladainian Tomlinson, who got by the Denver Broncos defense for 96 rushing yards and 3 rushing tds. With this performance, Tomlinson was the number 3 ranked running back for week 17. They also got help from a 21 point effort from Donald Driver, who beat the Detroit Lions defense for 111 receiving yards and 1 receiving td.

"It's been a great ride," Howie's Heroes coach Aaron Moore said.

Compounding the issue, Howie's Heroes could have scored 125 points and gotten the win with their best lineup, but Aaron Moore left key players like the Indianapolis Colts Defensive Team and his corresponding 23 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Artificial Intelligence to 7-10, and drops Howie's Heroes to a record of 4-13.

Feast or Famine were led to their 20 point victory by a 31 point effort from the Pittsburgh Steelers Defensive Team. With this performance, the Steelers was the number 2 ranked defensive team for week 17. They also got help from a 12 point effort from Roddy White, who snuck past the St. Louis Rams defense for 48 receiving yards and 1 receiving td.

"We made our own breaks," Feast or Famine coach James Moreno said.

The Silverback were helped out in a losing cause by a 23 point effort from Lance Moore, who got by the Carolina Panthers defense for 91 receiving yards and 2 receiving tds. With this performance, Moore was the number 5 ranked wide receiver for week 17. They also got help from a 19 point effort from San Diego Chargers.

"Give them all the credit," The Silverback coach Bill Welby said.

Adding salt to the wound, The Silverback could have scored 129 points and gotten the win with their best lineup, but Bill Welby left key players like the Philadelphia Eagles Defensive Team and his corresponding 38 points on the bench.  Getting zero points each from Pierre Thomas and T.J. Houshmandzadeh didn't help much, either.

Feast or Famine took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 11 out of 14 other potential opponents in week 17.

This brings the record for Feast or Famine to 9-8, and drops The Silverback to a record of 8-9.  Feast or Famine will advance to the Fantasy Playoffs, while The Silverback will have the next seven months to wonder what went wrong.

"We played our hearts out," Fighting Fundamentalists coach Jim Watson said.

After Further Review were helped out in a losing cause by a 11 point effort from Ryan Grant, who beat the Detroit Lions defense for 106 rushing yards in addition to 23 receiving yards. They also got help from a 11 point effort from the Green Bay Packers Defensive Team.

"We shot ourselves in the foot," After Further Review coach Dave Vawter said.

This brings the record for Fighting Fundamentalists to 15-2, and drops After Further Review to a record of 8-9.

Spirit of St. Louis were led to their 24 point victory by a 27 point effort from Larry Fitzgerald, who beat the Seattle Seahawks defense for 130 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Fitzgerald was the number 2 ranked wide receiver for week 17. They also got help from a 26 point effort from Green Bay Packers.

"This team has overcome a lot of adversity," Spirit of St. Louis coach Tim Streetman said.

Southern Sting were helped out in a losing cause by a 33 point effort from Steven Jackson, who beat the Atlanta Falcons defense for 161 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 54 receiving yards. With this performance, Jackson was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 17. They also got help from a 30 point effort from Andre Johnson, who beat the Chicago Bears defense for 148 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.

"Our defense was a non-factor," Southern Sting coach Jeff McGuire said.

Southern Sting drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 11 out of 14 other potential opponents in week 17.

This brings the record for Spirit of St. Louis to 9-8, and drops Southern Sting to a record of 8-9.
